Our experts perform observations of helicopter operations to characterise the way they are typically conducted. Collected data are translated into diagrams providing an ‘instantiation’ of the operations.
ANALYSIS
Data collected during the observations are analysed to identify the risk level of the operations as typically conducted. Opportunities for improvement are identified that contribute to optimised safety performance.
IMPLEMENTATION
We incorporate opportunities for improvement in newly defined standard operating procedures (SOP).
SOPs are documented and incorporated into operational documentation and operations personnel trained to conform to the new operational standards. This serves for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, such as:
COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST
We are specialised in development of compliance checklists to facilitate helicopter operators to monitor compliance within their operations. Checklists are developed in accordance with human factor principles, they feature built in redundancy as well as error capturing.
