PRIVACY POLICY ART. 13-14 GDPR

Foreword

The website https://www.alphaomega.dev/, is owned by Mario Pierobon with registered office in Via S Allende 13, 31025 Santa Lucia Di Piave (TV), ITALY.

In compliance with the obligations laid down in the European Privacy Regulation EU/2016/679 (GDPR), we hereby wish to inform the User of the processing of personal data freely provided by him/her and implemented in the Portal, in particular through the navigation of web pages.

The processing of data will be carried out in compliance with the privacy regulations in force and will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and carried out in compliance with the principles of relevance, completeness and non-excessiveness.

This privacy policy is rendered in relation to the Portal referred to on the Home page https://www.alphaomega.dev/ , and does not extend to other Portals or sites that can be reached through hyperlinks present or links to third-party sites also implemented by other Users.

The terms used below are to be understood in the sense in which they comply with the GDPR.

2- Categories of personal data processed and processing methods

In the course of browsing and using the Portal, certain information relating to Users or third parties that Users implement may be collected and processed.

The data will be processed mainly by computer, also using the resources of the Data Processor.

The information collected during the User’s navigation mainly relates to interactions with the website, date and time of access, technology used by the User, using cookies on the Portal.

The Portal does not process data of a special or judicial nature.

Contact form This processing relates to data uploaded by users in the contact form, transmitted to the owner’s email. Processing of data subject requests. Art. 6.1.a Gdpr, implicit consent.

 

The provision of data is optional, and the newsletter activity in respect of Users at the e-mail address communicated at the time of registration will cease at the simple request of the User, even in opt-out mode.

 

4- Categories of recipients of personal data

The subjects or categories of subjects who might become aware of the personal data or to whom they might be disclosed are as follows:

  • Persons authorised by the Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Gdpr;
  • Persons in charge of processing;
  • Judicial or supervisory authorities, administrations, public bodies and organisations (domestic and foreign), exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling legal, regulatory or EU obligations.

 

5- Storage and transfer of personal data abroad

The processing and storage of users’ personal data communicated on the portal, other than navigation data, takes place on servers located within the European Union.

7- Exercisable rights

  2. at any time may freely revoke the consent given, without any charge and prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that moment, and exercise the following rights of the data subject vis-à-vis the Data Controller as provided for by the European Privacy Regulation EU/2016/679 of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Limitation, Opposition, Portability and Complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
  3. Please also note that, pursuant to Art. 7.3. GDPR the data subject “has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent.

The Platform does not profile Users.
