Context
Competency-based learning is a paradigm whereby professionals need to master a specific skills before moving on to more complicated ones. Trainers need to develop specific training competencies to ensure training effectiveness. This course will enable participants to methodically conduct training courses and develop the required training strategies and tactics for course delivery.
