Threat & error management (STC16)

Context
The TEM model provides for practical ways for line operators to recognise and manage threats and errors in the workplace. 
Apart from the professional figures which need to mandatorily undergo TEM training, all line operators can improve their performance by familiarising with the TEM model. 
By attending this training, participants will learn to better manage external threats and recognise and manage errors in their workplace. Participants will also develop a sensitivity which will make them a ‘sponsor’ of TEM amongst colleagues.
