Safety culture change management (STC10)

Context
Line operators are exposed to multiple contributing factors leading to substandard workplace performance with possible safety implications. Factors such as fatigue and time pressure may be at work even when  organisations operating in safety sensitive industries are compliant with regulations.
This course outlines best practices relating to first establishing and then obtaining worthwhile safety benefits from a safety sensitive organisational culture.
By attending this training, participants will learn to manage threats, errors and production pressure and proactively recognise emerging issues. Participants will also develop a sensitivity which will qualify them as change agents amongst colleagues.
