Context 
Auditing safety means going beyond mere compliance and analysing those cultural aspects which favour safe practices and support the reporting of hazards. This training will enable to audit the soft components of an organisation.
The evolution of safety management from being compliance based to being performance based is fully underway in several safety sensitive industries. Such evolution is reflected in new standards which are increasingly requiring professional auditors to be competent to audit an organisation in its cultural dimension.
