Context
In the context of the global pandemic, online training has established significant critical mass to the point that all training institutions and centres have adopted some form of online training.
As online training is different from traditional face-to-face -classroom – training, the delivery of online training should not be improvised.
Internal and external trainers need to know how much to expect from participants to absorb and in what quantity of time as well as the most suitable virtual classroom management techniques.
