Context
Under EASA AIR OPS regulations flight crew members are required to receive crew resource management (CRM) training, which must be delivered by flight crew CRM trainers with the proper qualifications and specific training.
This course enables the participants to receive the knowledge and teaching skills required to deliver flight crew CRM training.

- Of the different type of CRM training (initial, recurrent etc.);

- Related to the type of aircraft crew operation; and
- Assessment.

Training objectives
- Ability to deliver flight crew CRM training.
- Professional proficiency in all CRM training subjects.
Administration
- Duration: 5 days (30 hours, not including the assessment of participants).
- Deliverables: All participants will obtain a certificate of attendance.

Prerequisites
- Adequate knowledge of the relevant flight operations.
- Adequate knowledge of human performance and limitations (HPL).
- Completion of flight crew initial operators CRM training.
