Fatigue risk management (STC05)

Context
Line operators’ fatigue is a contributing factor to substandard workplace performance with possible safety implications.
Line operators in several safety critical industries are still subject to the effects of fatigue while respecting duty time limitations or working time directives.
Worldwide regulators have recognised the influence of fatigue on workplace performance and its damaging potential over the safety of operations.
New regulations are requiring the implementation of fatigue risk management systems (FRMS) based on scientific methods in multiple industries.
By attending this training, participants will be able to implement an FRMS in their organisations that meet regulatory requirements and maximise the well-being and performance of line operators.
