EASA Part-21 regulations (RTC06)

Context
The sophisticated aircraft operated in aviation need thorough engineering and production in order to ensure safe and reliable operational performance. Within the framework of the European aviation safety regulations this purpose is served by initial airworthiness regulations.
EASA Part-21 subpart J regulatory approval provides for the design of aircraft and components and subpart G provides for a production organisation approval.
Organisations approved to manufacture in accordance with Part-21 subpart G are approved to issue EASA Form One in respect of products parts and appliances.
The design and production of aircraft and related components are regulated in accordance with the requirements of Part 21.
Organisations involved in design and production need to be familiar with the contents of Part-21 and aware of the upcoming regulatory changes.

  • European technical standard order authorisations.
  • Permit to fly.
  • Identification of products, parts, and appliances.

Training objectives

  • Understanding of regulations and requirements according to EASA Part 21.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire design/production organisation process.

Administration

  • Duration: 3 days initial/1 day recurrent.
  • Deliverables: All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Prerequisites

    No specific prior knowledge is required to attend this training.
