EASA AIR OPS regulations (RTC05)

Context
Aeroplane and helicopter operations in Europe must be conducted in accordance with the applicable EASA AIR OPS requirements.
EASA AIR OPS covers commercial (CAT), non-commercial (NCC & NCO), specialised (SPO) operations, as well as operations requiring a specific approval (SPA).
Operators of aircraft, in particular those holding an approval or an authorisation – as well as those subject to a declaration, need to be aware of the applicability of the different requirements and the differences when conducting CAT, NCC, NCO, SPO, and SPA operations.

  • Part-CAT.
  • Part-SPA.
  • Part-NCC.
  • Part-NCO.
  • Part-SPO.

Training objectives

  • Knowledge of the main requirements of EASA AIR OPS and of the differences among the various parts.
  • Ability to consult the regulations and to document compliance.

Administration

  • Duration: 2/3/4 days initial / 1/2 days recurrent – as applicable.
  • Deliverables: All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

  • Managers of air operators.
  • Professionals involved in air operations.

Prerequisites

    No specific prior knowledge is required to attend this training.
