Context
Under EASA AIR OPS regulations flight crew members are required to receive crew resource management (CRM) training, which must be delivered by properly qualified flight crew CRM trainers satisfying specific pre-requisites and conditions and undergoing specific training in accordance with AMC2 ORO.FC.146. The minimum training items are set in GM3 ORO.FC.115.
Training of flight crew CRM trainers must be both theoretical and practical. Practical elements include the development of specific trainer skills, particularly the integration of CRM into line operations
This course enables the participants to receive or refresh, as applicable, the knowledge and teaching skills required to deliver flight crew CRM training. Assessments as per AMC2 ORO.FC.146 (f) are on top of the training detailed here.
Initial and refresher flight crew CRM training is conducted by flight crew CRM trainers with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
